"We use Amazon to sell to the UK, across Europe and in the US," says Helen, a former customer relations and business management consultant. Helen manages the shop window on the site and deals with customer enquiries. To date Lente Designs has 100% customer satisfaction feedback which is a huge achievement and enables them to stand out from the crowd in this expanding sector.
